Police credit public tips in some cases
Huntsville OPP charged three people with impaired driving over the long weekend. One driver was stopped near a serious crash at Highways 35 and 60 after passing cars on the shoulder. Another was arrested after erratic driving was reported late at night on Highway 60. And a third was charged after showing up impaired to pick up a child from a local day camp.
All three face 90-day license suspensions, and had their vehicles impounded for 7 days.
Police credit tips from the public in some of the arrests.
