Kim Horrigan takes up a role in charge of facility services, transportation and capital innovation
Trillium Lakelands District School Board has named Kim Horrigan as executive officer of Facility Services, Transportation, and Capital Innovation.
Horrigan brings over 20 years of public-sector leadership, including 10 years in school board administration managing budgets and capital projects. She most recently worked with Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board.
In her new role, she’ll oversee facilities, transportation, capital planning, and risk management, supporting the board’s strategic goals.
