The budget was adopted yesterday at a special meeting
The Trillium Lakelands District School Board has passed a balanced budget of just over $279 million for the 2025-2026 school year.
At a special board meeting held yesterday, trustees approved the plan, which funds classroom staffing, special education, transportation, and school facilities.
Officials say the budget supports student success while emphasizing equity, inclusion, and well-being across the district.
The Board says the goal is to provide safe and inclusive learning spaces for all students across its communities.
