He is charged with exposing himself to someone under 16
Provincial police have charged a South River man after reports of indecent exposure involving youth in Almaguin Highlands.
The incident happened October 28th, when children walking home from school reported someone exposing himself.
Police later arrested 63-year-old Norman Hopcraft. He’s facing several charges, including indecent exposure and committing an indecent act in front of someone under 16.
Hopcraft has been released and is scheduled to appear in court in Sundridge on June 12th.
