Woman in possession of suspected cocaine and items consistent with drug trafficking
Huntsville OPP made another arrest on March 31, separate from the earlier incident involving two individuals on King William Street.
At approximately 4:20 p.m., officers on patrol identified a female suspect known to have outstanding warrants. Upon investigation, police discovered she was in possession of suspected cocaine and items consistent with drug trafficking.
Cheryl Upton, 35, of Burk’s Falls has been charged with possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking and possession of proceeds of crime under $5,000.
She was held for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on April 1
