The body was located in remote area off Hardy Lake Rd
Police are asking for the public’s help after a body was found near Torrance.
Bracebridge OPP say a deceased person was discovered just after noon on Monday in a remote area off Hardy Lake Road.
Investigators don’t believe there’s any immediate threat to the public, but they’re appealing for dashcam footage or other information from anyone who was in the area between Sunday and Monday.
The case is being handled by the OPP’s Crime Unit with support from forensic teams and the coroner’s office. Anyone with information is urged to contact Bracebridge OPP.
