A candidate for councillor in Franklin Ward in Lake Of Bays Twp. has withdrawn from municipal election for medical reasons.
The municipality sats that Earl Earl has officially withdrawn his nomination, but his name will still appear on the ballot because ballots have already been finalized and voter information letters have been mailed.
The Township says any votes cast for Earl Earl will not be counted toward the election result.
