In town, Taylor Road will drop to 30km/hr
Drivers in Bracebridge will see new speed limits on three sections of District roads.
On Muskoka Road 20, or Doe Lake Road, the limit will rise to 70 kilometres an hour between Uffington Road and Housey’s Rapids Road.
Meanwhile, Manitoba Street between Monck Road and Ecclestone Drive will drop to 40, and Taylor Road between Front Street and Manitoba Street will drop to 30.
The changes were approved by District Council Thursday and will take effect once new signs are installed. Drivers should follow the posted limits.
