The driver was charged with impaired and careless
A 62-year-old Oakville man is facing charges after being stopped by OPP during patrols in Gravenhurst.
Officers say the vehicle committed a traffic infraction on Phillip Street around 3:30 p.m. on Friday, leading to a traffic stop and the arrest of David Horton.
He’s been charged with impaired driving and careless driving and will appear in court May 27th.
Police say 37 drivers have already been charged with impaired driving in Muskoka this year.
