The man was driving while impaired and under suspension
A driver is facing multiple charges after a vehicle struck a tree in a school zone.
Bracebridge OPP say officers, paramedics and firefighters responded Tuesday morning to the crash on Cedar Lane, near an elementary school.
The driver suffered minor injuries and was taken to hospital.
A 45-year-old Bracebridge man is charged with impaired operation, 2 counts of operating while prohibited and 2 counts of driving while under suspension.
He’s due in Bracebridge court on November 17.
