Bracebridge OPP charged a driver after investigating a conflict at a convenience store.
Police say that on Tuesday, at 2am, an officer was flagged down by an employee at a convenience store on Wellington Street and Monck Road in Bracebridge after having a conflict with a patron.
Officers located the patron in his vehicle and as a result of their investigation, charged 35-year-old Yash Pal of Hamilton, with Operation while Impaired- Over 80 and being a Novice Driver-with a blood alcohol content above zero.
He will appear in a Bracebridge court on September 23rd to answer to his charges.
