Three others were transferred to hospital
Huntsville OPP responded to a serious two-vehicle collision that occurred on Highway 11 Southbound at Allensville Road on Sunday afternoon.
The crash, involving a Chevy Cobalt and a Honda CRV, resulted in one fatality.
A 46-year-old female from Flamborough Township, an occupant of the Honda, was pronounced deceased at the scene. Three other occupants of the Honda were transported to the hospital, with one air-lifted to a trauma center with life-altering injuries. The driver of the Chevy Cobalt suffered minor injuries.
The investigation is ongoing. Police are asking for anyone who witnessed the collision or has dashcam video to contact them.
