Local residents help fire crews locate the snowmobile on the ice
Minett firefighters used a drone to locate a snowmobile fire on the ice this week, keeping crews safe while assessing conditions.
Members of the public helped guide responders to the scene, allowing the fire to be handled quickly and safely.
Officials remind everyone to report all vehicle fires, including ATVs and snowmobiles, to the OPP and Ministry of the Environment.
