Flood warning for the Muskoka River and Black River watersheds extended
The Ministry of Natural Resources has extended the flood warning for the Muskoka River and Black River watersheds until Friday, April 11.
The MNR says rising water levels and ice movement could damage shoreline properties, especially in low-lying, flood-prone areas.
Officials are reminding everyone to stay clear of rivers and lakes, as banks may be unstable and no ice is considered safe.
