The man remains in custody
Bracebridge OPP have laid charges after an attempted break-in at a business in Gravenhurst. Police say it happened Sunday night around 10:40 at Muskoka Road South and James Street. The suspect allegedly smashed the front door but didn’t get inside. After gathering evidence and witness statements, officers arrested 34-year-old Connor McQuain of Gravenhurst the next morning. He faces charges including break and enter, mischief, and breaching probation. McQuain remains in custody and is set to appear in court today in Bracebridge.
