The new development will be located in Gravenhurst
Habitat for Humanity Ontario Gateway North is teaming up with the District of Muskoka and local builders to create a 6-unit affordable housing complex.
The one-bedroom, one-bathroom units will each be about 360 square feet, designed for singles or couples, and are expected to rent for around $1,000 a month. The project will guarantee affordable rates for at least 20 years, with move-in planned for late 2025.
