Man charged with impaired driving after tip

63-year-old Huntsville man charged with failure or refusal to comply with demand

Huntsville OPP responded to a report of a possible impaired driver on King William Street on Sunday night. Officers quickly located the suspect vehicle at a residence off Main Street East and arrested the driver.

A 63-year-old Huntsville man was charged with failure or refusal to comply with demand.

His vehicle has been impounded for seven days, and he received a 90-day license suspension. He’s set to appear in court in Bracebridge on May 6.
