Police say there are no time limits to report a sexual assault
Huntsville OPP have charged a 67-year-old man with sexual assault following an incident reported to have taken place April 29 at a West Road address.
The accused, who is from Huntsville, is scheduled to appear in court in Bracebridge on June 10.
Police remind the public there is no time limit to report a sexual offence—reports can be made anytime by calling 1-888-310-1122 or 911 in an emergency.
No names were released.
