The man was charged early Friday morning on Main Street
Ontario Provincial Police in Huntsville say an overnight traffic stop led to an impaired driving charge.
Officers on patrol along Main Street early Friday morning stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation just after 12:30.
Police say the driver showed signs of alcohol consumption, failed a roadside breath test and was arrested.
A 38-year-old Huntsville man has been charged with impaired operation over the legal limit. He was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court in Bracebridge in February.
