The swim was a huge success, raising over $14K!
Joy Jarvis completed her 9-kilometre charity swim on Sunday, raising funds for the new Huntsville hospital.
Supported by the Huntsville Fire Department, along with volunteer kayakers and paddleboarders, Jarvis finished the swim in 4 hours and 23 minutes.
Community members joined her for the final sections before everyone gathered at the Huntsville Town Dock for the finish.
Her online fundraiser has raised $14,667 including $5,000 from Hunters Bay Radio.
