Property owners with store fronts or attainable housing can apply for a grant of up to $5000
The Township of Lake of Bays is inviting property owners to apply for its 2026 Community Improvement Plan grants and loans.
Funding is available for projects in the village cores of Baysville, Dorset, Dwight, and Hillside, including storefront upgrades, building improvements, and attainable housing initiatives.
Grants can cover up to $5,000, with loans up to $10,000.
Applications are open from January to March, with a second intake in the summer.
