Lake of Bays students can apply for a bursary

The $2500 bursary would help with post secondary education

High school students in the Township of Lake of Bays can now apply for the new Lake of Bays Community Education Bursary.

The bursary, administered by the Muskoka Community Foundation, offers up to $2,500 to help students pursue post-secondary education, including university, college, or trade school.

The deadline to apply is Friday, May 23. Applications are available online at muskokacommunityfoundation.ca or through student services at local high schools.
