The construction is part of the process to decommission the Mountview Water Treatment Plant
The Town of Huntsville is advising that Mill Street will be closed to all vehicle traffic between Church Street and Fairy Avenue starting today through Friday, August 8.
The closure is to allow for the installation of a forcemain pipe, part of the District of Muskoka’s major wastewater project. That work will eventually lead to the decommissioning of the Mountview Water Treatment Plant.
While the road will be shut down, sidewalks will stay open, and emergency vehicles will still have access.
