The new development will be located near the new Fairvern
A major housing project near the new Fairvern Nursing Home in Huntsville is moving forward.
Sandford Investments is proposing a 600-unit residential development on 25 hectares off Madeline Street and Shay Road. The plan includes apartment buildings and townhouses, with a private road and new water and sewer infrastructure.
The developer is also asking the Town to support a subdivision plan so construction can begin on a new road, needed to complete access to Fairvern.
The project received conditional approval from Huntsville’s Planning Committee.
