The developer is hoping to build 15 new units
The Southeast Parry Sound District Planning Board has granted draft approval for a proposed Deer Lake subdivision in Armour Township.
The plan by the developer calls for 15 residential lots and two blocks for a private road on lands at Lot 23, Concessions 1 and 2. Approval is conditional on a subdivision agreement with the township covering services, drainage, and road standards, along with completion of a Stage 3 archaeological assessment.
The developer has until July, 2028, to meet conditions. The appeal period closes August 27th.
