Clean up crews were on site cleaning up the mess
Drivers in Huntsville were dealing with a sticky mess on Friday, after a paving truck spilled road emulsion through part of Main St.
Officials say a Miller Paving distribution truck suffered a line failure, leaving a tar-like brown substance along Main St.
The vehicle was working under the District’s 2025 micro-surfacing contract, but the spill happened outside the construction zone.
Anyone with vehicle damage is being directed to file a claim through Miller at claims@millergroup.ca.
