The facility was inspected in April & May
The Pines Long-Term Care Home in Bracebridge is addressing compliance issues following recent inspections by Ontario's Ministry of Long-Term Care.
An incident inspection in early April, prompted by an influenza outbreak and two complaints, resulted in two compliance orders and two written notifications.
The orders focused on dining and snack services and the implementation of the infection prevention program.
Additionally, a proactive compliance inspection in May led to two written notifications for minor issues.
