Police remind residents to call 911 if they suspect a driver is impaired
Bracebridge OPP have charged four drivers with impaired driving last week.
Police say that on January 31, officers arrested a driver after a member of the public reported a possible impaired driver on Wellington Street.
On February 5, a driver was charged following a two-vehicle collision on Dill Street. The next day, February 6, police stopped a vehicle in Gravenhurst after concerns about the driver’s condition, resulting in charges for refusing a breath test and having an open container of alcohol. And on February 7, a driver was charged after being reported for erratic driving near Highway 11 South in Bracebridge.
Police remind anyone who suspects an impaired driver to call 9-1-1.
