He faces impaired charges
Bracebridge OPP have charged a 33-year-old Oshawa man with impaired driving after an officer found a vehicle stopped in an unsafe location early Saturday morning.
Police say the vehicle was spotted around 1:10 a.m. on Ecclestone Drive near Wellington Street.
Mitchell Usher is charged with impaired operation and failing or refusing to comply with a demand.
He’s due in Bracebridge court November 17.
