Police allege she is responsible for several thefts. Her accomplice is still at large
Police in Bracebridge have arrested a local woman in connection with a string of thefts from multiple stores in Gravenhurst.
41-year-old Amee Paulette is charged with robbery, multiple counts of theft under $5,000, failing to comply with probation, and obstructing and resisting police.
The thefts occurred between late December and early February, with retailers reporting losses of thousands of dollars.
She’s due in Bracebridge court tomorrow, while her alleged accomplice remains at large.
Police are asking anyone with information to contact the OPP.
