Huntsville OPP have charged a 16-year-old male
Huntsville OPP have charged a 16-year-old male after an unprovoked assault at a McDonald’s on King William Street.
Police say the attack, which happened on February 24th, was witnessed by a group of other youths.
The victim was injured but did not need medical care.
The accused has been released into parental care with conditions not to contact the victim and will appear in court on May 1 in Bracebridge.
Due to youth justice laws, his name is not being released.
