A major storm is expected to bring 15-30cm of the white stuff with blowing snow
The Huntsville OPP warn motorists of a snowstorm starting Thursday, possibly lasting into the weekend. Snowfall could reach 15–30 cm with reduced visibility in the Parry Sound area and surrounding region.
Drivers should allow extra travel time, check road conditions at 511on.ca, and carry an emergency kit with food, blankets, and extra phone power. Clear all snow from your vehicle, use full lights, slow down, and leave extra space. Avoid closed roads and never pass an operating snow plow.
