The man remains in custody
Huntsville OPP responded to a disturbance on Woods Street in Port Sydney just after 10:30 Saturday night.
Officers say a 36-year-old man, Wesley Gibbs, was found to be impaired and behind the wheel.
He’s now facing several charges including impaired driving, assault, uttering threats, and taking a vehicle without consent.
Gibbs remains in custody and is set to appear in court in Bracebridge.
