The event takes place at Gull Lake Rotary Park
Powerboats return to Gravenhurst this weekend for the Toronto Outboard Racing Club’s annual event at Gull Lake Rotary Park.
Races run Saturday from 9 to 5 and Sunday from 9 to 3. Expect heavier traffic in the area, along with temporary road closures.
Brock Street will be closed from Bethune Drive to the waterfront, and the Moody Drive boat launch will be off-limits from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days.
The Gull Lake Rotary Park lot off Brock Street is also closed for race staging.
