He will work alongside party leader Mike Schreiner
Following a close race in Parry Sound–Muskoka earlier this year, Matt Richter says he’s not stepping away from politics just yet.
The Ontario Green Party candidate announced he’ll continue as Deputy Leader, working alongside Mike Schreiner and Aislinn Clancy.
Richter says he plans to hold the province accountable on urgent issues like affordable housing, healthcare strain, education funding, and climate resilience.
Though not elected, he says he’ll keep advocating for northern and rural voices at Queen’s Park.
