This year featured a new Show & Shine
The third annual Ride for Hospice Huntsville brought in nearly $8,000 on Saturday, pushing the event’s three-year total past $19,000.
Organizer Robert Ehl, of the USS Nomad Star Trek Fan Club, says this year saw a big boost in support, with 64 riders, 16 passengers, and over 150 people attending the new downtown location.
The event featured a 150-kilometre ride and its first-ever motorcycle “Show and Shine.” Ehl says all raffle items sold out and donations kept coming in, even during the event.
All funds go toward supporting Hospice Huntsville.
