Municipalities could receive up to $10,000
Hydro One is giving out recovery grants to help communities rebuild after this spring’s devastating ice storm—and several Muskoka-area municipalities are on the list.
Bracebridge, Muskoka Lakes, the District of Muskoka, and Wahta Mohawk Nation are among 50 recipients getting up to $10,000 each for cleanup and restoration work.
Hydro One says the funding will support local programs aimed at repairing storm damage and building long-term resilience.
