Most metrics showed improvement over the provincial average
The latest provincial test results are in, and students in the Trillium Lakelands District School Board are showing strong gains.
Grade 3 and 6 students scored above the provincial average in reading, writing, and math, with math scores continuing a multi-year upward trend. Grade 9 math is up eight percent over the past three years, while Grade 10 literacy scores dipped slightly from last year but have improved overall.
Board officials say the results reflect the dedication of students and staff, and the success of strategies focused on literacy, math, and collaboration across schools.
