Tourism businesses in Huntsville are invited to an Inclusive Service Excellence Workshop on Tuesday, November 18th at Canvas Brewing.
Hosted by the Ontario Tourism Education Corporation, the full-day session helps staff recognize unconscious bias, deliver inclusive service, and create welcoming experiences for all visitors.
The $5 workshop is limited to 20 participants, and attendees will receive a certificate upon completion.
Front-line employees, supervisors, and managers are encouraged to register in advance to secure their spot.
