The locks bridge and sections of Brunel Rd along with roads around the Summit Centre will be affected
Drivers in Huntsville should plan for several road closures this Sunday as the annual TriMuskokan event takes place.
The biggest impact will be at the Brunel Locks Bridge, which will be fully closed to vehicle traffic from 8 until 11 a.m. Portions of Brunel Road will be limited to local traffic only during that time. The bridge will remain open to pedestrians and emergency vehicles.
Additional temporary closures will affect Forbes Hill Drive, Camp Kitchen Road and Park Drive near the Summit Centre.
Officials are also asking boaters to avoid a section of the Muskoka River during the morning swim portion of the event.
Ontario Provincial Police will be directing traffic throughout the race.
