The vigil takes place at Kent Park in Huntsville
The Huntsville community will come together this Sunday for a Candlelight Vigil in Kent Park, at the corner of Main Street and Brunel Road.
Starting at 6:30 p.m., the event will show support for the people of Tumbler Ridge during a difficult time. Attendees are encouraged to bring a candle or LED to light the park in a shared display of solidarity.
Organizer Lisa McIlmoyle says those who can’t attend in person can still take part with a moment of reflection from home.
