More than 100 teams take to the ice at the Wharf to compete
Teams from across North America are heading to Muskoka this weekend for one of Canada’s biggest outdoor hockey traditions.
Canadian National Pond Hockey Championships is hosting the 20th anniversary North American Cup on the frozen waters of Lake Muskoka in Gravenhurst from February 20th to 22nd.
More than 100 teams will compete across six divisions in this celebration of pond hockey — played outdoors the way the game was meant to be.
Organizers say the annual event brings players and fans together for three days of competition, camaraderie and winter fun.
