The operator was one of two people arrested for impaired within minutes of each other
Two people are facing impaired driving charges after separate incidents in Armour Township on the same night.
Almaguin Highlands OPP say officers first stopped an e-bike rider on Chetwynd Road shortly after 10:15 p.m. on June 1 and arrested the driver after observing signs of alcohol impairment. Minutes later, police located a vehicle stopped in the middle of Skyline Drive and arrested the driver following a traffic stop.
A 73-year-old Armour Township resident and a 32-year-old Kearney resident have both been charged with impaired operation and operating with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit.
