Two young people were caught trying to break in to a construction vehicle
A 16-year-old Bracebridge youth is facing several charges after police say they caught two young people trying to break into a construction vehicle early Friday morning.
Bracebridge OPP officers were on patrol near Armstrong Street around 2:45 a.m. when they encountered the pair in a commercial parking lot.
One youth was cooperative with police, while the 16-year-old was arrested.
He faces six charges, including possession of break-in instruments, mischief, resisting and obstructing police, uttering threats, and being intoxicated in a public place.
He is scheduled to appear in youth court October 1st.
