Flooding has resulted in sections of the asphalt being damaged.
The Town of Bracebridge has announced an indefinite closure of a section of the Trans Canada Trail at Kelvin Grove Park following flood-related damage.
Officials say the asphalt pathway has been impacted by flooding, and ongoing Silver Bridge construction is also affecting access in the area. The town is asking residents and visitors to avoid the closed section and respect all posted barriers and signage.
Repair planning is underway in coordination with the District of Muskoka, with updates expected once conditions allow for safe reopening.
