The local food co-op and eatery has announced its closing later this month
A well-known community food cooperative in Huntsville is shutting down this month.
Muskoka Market & Eatery, formerly known as Muskoka North Good Food Co-op says it will close its doors on July 18th, citing rising operating costs following a recent expansion. In a statement, the cooperative says the decision was extremely difficult and comes despite efforts to adjust to financial pressures.
The business is thanking customers for their support and loyalty over the years, calling it a difficult end to its run in the community.
