Communities across Muskoka will be stepping out to support neighbours in need.
Huntsville is hosting its annual Coldest Night of the Year walk in support of the Table Soup Kitchen Foundation, which provides food, shelter and other services for vulnerable residents. Walkers will gather Saturday February 28th at Table Plaza before heading out on two- or five-kilometre routes, with a fundraising goal of $110,000.
Meanwhile in Gravenhurst, a Coldest Night walk will support the Gravenhurst Against Poverty initiative.
Organizers say donations and walkers are still welcome leading up to the event which takes place on February 28th.
