The accident took place on Hwy 169
Police are investigating a deadly crash that happened Tuesday evening on Muskoka Road 169 in Gravenhurst.
OPP say two vehicles collided near Narrows Road just before 7pm and due to the position of the vehicles involved, closed the road to traffic.
The driver of one of the involved vehicles, was airlifted to a Toronto hospital with life-altering injuries. The other, a 61-year-old man from Muskoka Lakes Township, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
