A twenty-four-year-old from Newcastle, Ontario is facing a stunt driving charge after being clocked at nearly double the speed limit in Huntsville.
Huntsville OPP stopped the northbound vehicle on Highway 11 near Greer Road just before ten o'clock Thursday night. Police say the driver was travelling at 197km/hr in a posted one-hundred zone.
The driver's licence has been suspended and the vehicle impounded for fourteen days. The accused is scheduled to appear in court this September.
