The occupants fled the scene
A driver has been charged with impaired driving after a single-vehicle collision in Bracebridge.
On July 14th, Bracebridge OPP responded to Carlsmount Road where a vehicle had hit a tree and the occupants fled. Police located them and arrested 40-year-old Shekhar Phogat of Brampton. He faces charges of impaired operation and refusal to provide a breath sample, and will appear in court on August 19th.
